You see, I know your every objection and 'what
if' question that you can think of...even before you have
thought of it yourself! I know in the back of your mind
you are searching for a 'too good to be true'
explanation so that you wont feel embarrassed explaining
something different to friends and relatives. I also know that
these same people, whilst having your interests at heart,
may not be the most qualified to give you an informed
opinion.
And if you are only familiar with how people
have traditionally bought and sold property in the UK, you
would also be conditioned to think that the only way to buy
a house is with a mortgage or by having a whole stockpile of
cash. Chances are you've never picked up the property
classified section of a newspaper in countries like the USA,
Australia or New Zealand, where you would find what I do
happens all the time.
What stops me from giving you all the
pre-sale terms up front, including an agreed fixed sale
price, allowing you the time to enjoy the benefits of home
ownership before you complete the purchase at a later date,
usually with a successful mortgage offer in place? The
answer is...nothing.
What we are doing is much like lease hiring
a house, instead of a car. You get the benefit of the house,
just like the driver of the car would, and you can choose to
buy it later on at the originally agreed price, less any
advanced payments you have made towards the house
beforehand. And unlike a car, house values often go upwards
in the long term, and not downwards, especially if you are
able to do things to help improve their value.
So ask yourself
these questions below:
Why would so many of my customers
willingly allow me to show their testimonial references? If you see the photos above, or go register on my
website, do the photos and references look real? I mean,
I could have just done like others do and buy some
photos of people and write up a reference for a "Mr P. from Watford" or a "Mr & Mrs H. from Leeds"
- you know what I mean. When I even have some of them
appear on audio and video, including my letting agents
and solicitor, how much more difficult would that be to
fabricate? Or perhaps, I am the real deal!
Would you prefer to be
living INSIDE the house you are going to buy or praying
on the outside? Many of my customers never take a day off work when
moving into one of my homes. They don't need to! If they
love the house, and everything is in order and no delays
waiting for mortgage approval, then it's possible to get
all the paperwork done in days, not weeks or months. So
before buying the house, you are already living in it.
So what if the whole mortgage application and
conveyancing process is hopelessly inefficient! It will
make little difference to you at all how long or
inefficient they are if you already reside in the house.
Can you provide as many references
about you as I provide about me? Do you think I just let anyone walk into my houses?
Of course I will need to ask you questions about your
financial circumstances, just like any landlord would
do. If I didn't, then I wouldn't be doing my job
properly. But I doubt that you will ever have to give as
much information about you as I present about me and my
business. If I can see you are motivated and able to
meet your commitments you will find much of the
bureaucracy that most others go through has been
eliminated!
Who else do you know

against? I have been running our UK operations for the last 5

That depends on you. You see, one
thing I've noticed over the last few years is that those
that see a real opportunity will seize upon it quickly.
Those that 'um and ahh' and 'think about it' or are '99%
decided' are also the ones that never take action. How do I
know this? Quite often I speak to people

finally withdrawn 100% mortgages that lead people to think
that you didn't need to save to own your own home. Gone also
are the lending multiples and conditions similar to the
sub-prime crisis in the US that has been going on here as
well. Simply put, borrowing will get tougher, not easier.
I am offering you a viable alternative that
ensures that you are building real equity into your home
before buy. Your lender will see your application
credentials in a much different light in terms of payment
history, stability of residence, as well as a savings
history that is built into the system. That's why my customers
